Before stepping into the shower, start your skincare prep by thoroughly removing any makeup to avoid clogged pores. Follow it up with your favourite gentle, hypoallergenic face wash to cleanse without irritation. We also like to take this time to do a light gua sha massage with a gentle face oil to help relax any tension in the face. You can then wash it off with a gentle cleanser followed by a mild exfoliant to slough off dead skin cells.
