I was in Saskatoon over the holidays, and whenever I’m there I like to take advantage of all of the photoshoot opportunities. Saskatchewan tends to be overlooked as a tourist destination, but it’s a beautiful place to visit if you ever get the chance. Although I love the energy of big cities, I’ve learned to appreciate this little city for what it has to offer.
If you want a relaxing weekend getaway that includes eclectic cafes, craft beer, amazing restaurants, friendly people, and a relaxed vibe, Saskatoon is a great city to consider.
These photos were taken on Christmas morning in front of the Delta Bessborough Hotel. I’ve wanted to do a photoshoot in front of this 1930s era hotel for a while and figured the street would be empty that morning. That’s because most *sane* people would be hanging out in their cozy homes, not doing photoshoots in minus 20 C weather 😅 . As luck would have it, that was the case! We got a street that was almost empty of cars, which was perfect for taking photos!
